You can also use dried beans if you cook them ahead of time. Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices, or mix in an avocado or diced tomato to make it your own!
Before you begin, wash your hands, surfaces, utensils,
and vegetables.
In a large bowl, add all of the chopped ingredients and canned goods, then add oil and vinegar.
Stir everything together, then taste for seasoning! Add salt and pepper if you’d like.
Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight to let the flavors blend together.
Serve chilled or at room temperature as a dip with tortilla chips, side dish, or snack.
